Middle distance runner Adelle Tracey spoke to an enthusiastic audience of young athletes, coaches and parents at St Mary's last week.

We look forward to welcoming Adelle Tracey to St Mary's on Tuesday 4th February at 6.30pm in the Link Room, when she talks to athletes about her training, international competitions and how she balances life as an athlets with her make-up business.

Jim Forest
Jim Forest who recently passed away. Jim was a past Chairman of the athletic club, his main club was Ranlagh harriers. Jim did an awful lot of work for us as Chairman and we all offee our condolences to his family and friends.
