Adelle Tracey inspired members as she described her journey from junior to senior athlete, from competing at English Schools to her GB debut.

Her advice when asked how she deals with setback was 'to have patience with yourself and with the process and to never give up!'
She found running gave her a sense of confidence which transferred to her studies at school and advised against specialising too soon.

She described how her habit for smiling at the starting line and during a race both confuses other athletes and help her through the race.

We wish her all the best this summer and beyond.
