SMRAC ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2024

Dear Members,

The St. Mary's Richmond AC Annual General Meeting took place on Saturday 30th November 2024, at the Brouge Gastropub in Twickenham, and was followed by the club's Christmas Party and Awards night. Due to not reaching quorum, an EGM was held on Tuesday 11th February 2025.

If you can help in any capacity with the running of the club, currently there are vacant roles not all of which require attending committee meetings, including: Chair, Competition Coordinator, YDL UAG Team Manager, and Jack Petchey Coordinator. An explanation of many of the roles within the club can be found here: Club Roles

Anyone aged 18 or over can be put forward for nomination to any club role including those previously by another committee member. To express your interest please speak with a current Committee member and read the above document for more information about the roles and then email the club secretary on membership.smrac@gmail.com.
