SMRAC ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2024

Proceedings of AGM 2024

Venue: Brouge (Gastropub - 241 Hampton Road, Fulwell, Twickenham, TW2 5NG)

Dear Members,

St. Mary's Richmond AC would like to give notice of their Annual General Meeting on Saturday 30th November 2024 at 6.15pm. The meeting will be at the Brouge Gastropub in Twickenham, and will be followed the the club's Christmas Party and Awards night.

If you can help in any capacity with the running of the club, currently there are vacant roles not all of which require attending committee meetings, including: Chair, Competition Coordinator, YDL UAG Team Manager, Website + Social Media Coordinator, and Jack Petchey Coordinator. An explanation of many of the roles within the club can be found here: Club Roles

Anyone aged 18 or over can be put forward for nomination to any club role including those previously by another committee member, and must be submitted to the Secretary no later than Friday 15th November. To express your interest please speak with a current Committee member and read the above document for more information about the roles and then email the club secretary on membership.smrac@gmail.com.

You will find the Agenda for the meeting here: Business of Meeting. Should you have any proposals for discussion in the Agenda, this must be submitted in writing to the Secretary no later than Friday 15th November.

All members of the club can attend and first claim members may vote, however, members under 16yrs of age must designate a parent/guardian to vote on their behalf.
