SEAA XC Relays

This is a final request for CROSS COUNTRY relay runners at Wormwood Scrubs W12 on SATURDAY 20th October 2018
This is another SEAA event so you will be racing against some of the countries best athletes.
We can enter part teams for this competition so everyone can get a run for their individual times.
Times, Ages and distances:
11am - U17 / U20 Women - 3 stages x 2.5km
11.30am - U17 / U20 Men - 3 stages x 3km
12.10pm - U13 Girls - 3 stages x 2km
12.40pm - U13 Boys - 3 stages x 2km
1.10pm - U15 Girls - 3 stages x 2km
1.35pm - U15 Boys - 3 stages x 2km
2pm - Senior Women - 3 stages x 3km
2.30pm - Senior Men - 4 stages x 5km
If you would like to be added to the team sheet or are already on the team sheet and can't make it then please let the cross country manager know by the Monday 1st October 2018.
We do not have many U13 boys, U15 girls or U17 boys. Plus it would be great to enter a senior team if anyone would like to get a team together.
