X-Country & Road

SMRAC encourage as many people as possible to take part in the London City Runners Metropolitan League races held throughout the winter.

The races are open to athletes of all ages and abilities and while they should be the focus of all the middle and long distance athletes they would also be a valuable winter training workout for all young athletes and many older athletes.

Kim Weir is the team manager and can provide more information if needed.

The Middlesex and Surrey County Championships take place at the end of the first full week of January.  Listen out for details of how to enter these.
