We have a variety of Sprints / Hurdles / Jumps coaches now that train both alongside and across the groups. Please contact Kim to find out which coach / session would best suit your needs.
Sprints training times are: Sundays 10:30 am – 12.00 pm, Tuesdays 7 – 8 pm, Thursdays 6:30 pm – 8 pm
High jump that is open to ALL club members for training is Alt Tuesdays 7 – 8 pm
Hurdles are held every Thursday from 6 – 7 pm for anyone who has is relatively new to the event and anyone who has not been assessed by the coach. There is a later session every Thursday from 7 – 8 pm for more experienced Hurdlers who have been invited to join that session.
Long / triple jump is held every Thursday 6:30 – 8 pm.
Please arrive 5 minutes before the session begins to start getting warmed-up ready for the session to start promptly.
