Sprints and Jumps
Check out the updated timetable here for senior sprints and jumps training. In general Senior Sprints training will be on at the track on:
Sundays: 1030 - 1200
Tuesdays: 1830 - 2000
Thursdays: 1830 - 2000
Please arrive 5 minutes before the session starts in order to sort your kit out and jog around the track a couple of times, to start getting warmed-up ready for the session to start promptly.
