Middle & Long Distance


Tuesdays 6.30 to 8pm

Trevor Cummings and other volunteer coaches run bespoke middle and long distance training sessions on a Tuesday evening at 6.30pm. All club members aged 15 or over are welcome. Come along and give it a go. If you want more info about becoming a club member email Kim Weir.


Thursdays 6.15 to 8pm

Circuits followed by junior Endurance sessions. Thursdays 6:15pm – 8:00pm 
If you are a club member, just turn up and join in.
The Combined Training Session is split into:
6:15-7.00pm – Circuits for all focusing on Strength and conditioning
7.00-8.00pm – Endurance Session – geared towards juniors 11-14 years old, but all club members are welcome to come along.  Interval training with a focus on speed endurance for the winter cross-country season.

Sundays 10 to 11am

Cross country training in Bushy Park every Sunday from 10am (except first Sunday of the month – due to Bushy junior parkrun). The session is geared towards juniors aged 11 – 17, and we meet by the bench on the left as you enter the park at Teddington Gate.
